Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a person with full-stack QA mindset who can take ownership of the entire testing pyramid. Comfortable working with AWS services. Digs into highly complex business logic and translates it into comprehensive test coverage. Takes active part in elaboration sessions and system design.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in testing
  • Theoretical knowledge about testing, SDLC and STLC (would be a plus testing certification).
  • Experience with different testing types (functional, regression, confirmation, GUI, API, database (SQL), performance, load and security).
  • Excellent knowledge regarding defect life cycle.
  • Experience with test case development and maintenance.
  • Experience with writing test documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Summary Report)
  • Experience in test planning, estimation.
  • Knowledge of basics to support automation (or quick learning skills).
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Scrum ceremonies, Kanban.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management/ Ability to identify quality risks and escalate them to stakeholders
  • Experience working in dedicated team (dev team is on client side).
  • English Upper- Intermediate +
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to organize efficient work inside the qa team
  • Flexible to change work on tasks depending on priorities defined by customer
  • Able to provide feedback, suggestions and enhancements (ambitious)
  • Responsible, open for challenges, open minded

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing client requirements
  • Elaboration on features at early stages
  • Development of test cases 
  • Web, API, DB testing
  • Defect tracking
  • Delivering of feature to production ready state   
  • Communication with a team and a client.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with healthcare projects
  • Experience with with writing test cases for automation (Java)
