Lead QA Engineer

We are looking for a person with proven ability to own full quality strategy, from framework architecture, HIPPA compliant data pipelines to cross team knowledge sharing and UAT coordination. Speaks language of both engineering and product – able to translate business requirements into precise test scenarios and communicate risks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in QA field
• Solid experience in building a QA process
• Experience in leading and coordinating QAM and QAA teams
• Experience in defining test strategy and test items
• Practice in working with remote and distributed teams
• Proven experience in communicating with international clients, driving communication
• Business analysis skills
• Proactive, result-oriented standpoint
• English at least Upper-Intermediate level

Responsibilities:

QA team managing (distributed): client side+our side

• Defining testing and issue tracking tools, environments, configurations
• Participating bug triage (prioritizing, planning) together with PO,PM and Dev leads
• Regularly communicate with the QA team members at the client’s side
• Identifying items to be tested
• Preparing and supporting test documentation etc.
• Functional, regression, usability testing
• Would be a plus:
• Experience with healthcare projects
• Experience with writing test cases for automation (Java)
