Digital Marketing SaaS Platform: Building a Unified Digital Marketing SaaS Platform

In modern B2B marketing, success depends on the ability to manage campaigns, data, and audiences across multiple platforms without losing time or accuracy. Agencies and digital marketing teams often struggle with fragmented tools, disconnected analytics, and limited flexibility when working with LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media, and website visitor data.

In this article, we share our experience building a Web Digital Marketing SaaS Tool for an American B2B marketing services company. The goal was to replace an outdated system and create a scalable, role‑based platform that allows agencies to manage advertising, analytics, and audience data from a single interface.

Project Challenges

The client already had an internal CRM system, but it no longer met their operational needs. Managing campaigns required switching between multiple third‑party tools, while user permissions and client access were difficult to scale.

Agiliway has undertaken the processes and rebuilt the platform from scratch with a clear focus on:

  • Designing a fast and cost‑effective user interface.
  • Constructing an architecture that is suitable for B2B agencies and their clients.
  • Centralized campaign and audience management.
  • Flexible role‑based access for agencies and their clients.
  • Seamless integrations with advertising and data analytics.
  • Managing multiple advertising platforms from one dashboard.

Solutions Provided

Our solution was a web‑based SaaS platform consisting of a client‑side UI with role‑based access and an admin panel for managing subscriptions, permissions, and clients.

Developed a modular, role‑based platform. Client users can access data for a single customer, account managers can manage campaigns for multiple clients, and agency administrators have full control over agencies and users.

Implemented core marketing modules. The platform includes LinkedIn Management, Advertising Campaigns, Analytics, Segmentation, and AI‑Powered Analytics that transform user prompts into charts and infographics.

Integrated analytics and data enrichment services. Apache Superset provides reporting and dashboards, while Apache Airflow allows marketing teams to automate and orchestrate complex campaigns and data processes, guaranteeing tasks run reliably, on schedule, and without manual errors.

Unified communication and outreach. Outlook and Gmail integrations allow users to manage email campaigns directly within the platform, streamlining outreach workflows.

Bottom Line

The Web Digital Marketing SaaS Tool transformed a fragmented marketing workflow into a single, unified platform. By centralizing campaign management, analytics, and audience enrichment, the solution reduced time spent on manual operations and improved visibility across digital channels. As a result, agencies gained faster campaign setup and management, clearer insights into performance and audience behavior, scalable role-based access for growing teams, improved budget control, and advertising efficiency.
