Creating AI-Driven Platform for Presentations

The main objective of this project was to develop a platform for creating online presentations and playing them using an AI-based agent, thus boosting sales by automating the presentation preparation process and communication with potential clients. As businesses have products and want to promote them, the provided solution allows them to do it in more elaborate ways.

Project Challenges

• Designing and building the full system architecture, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and mobile applications.
• Deploying scalable AWS infrastructure to reliably host and manage solution services.
• Developing advanced editors for both presentation content and presentation scripts, along with custom-built audio and video players.
• Implementing real-time communication features enables seamless audio and video interaction between presenters and their audiences.
• Creating a virtual presenter bot capable of joining meetings, delivering content, and interacting as an AI-based presenter.
• Integrating a robust analytics module to provide presentation summaries, user engagement metrics, etc.

Solutions Provided

Our solution includes a Content Management System (CMS), a mobile application, and a User Client – together forming an end-to-end platform for creating intelligent, media-rich presentations.

• Developed the CMS. The CMS allows users to design and manage presentations with AI-generated content, add own pdf-files and download videos from YouTube and parse them into separates slides or pages of the presentation, edit slides with the help of a custom editor, add/remove slides using a video/photo/URL from the web, deliver presentations in different languages, work with the content generation apps (text part of the content) and D-ID service.
• Designed the mobile application specifically for presenters and presentation owners. The app offers creating, uploading, and managing presentations in real-time
• Created the User Client. It serves as a web player for viewers to join presentations via a link.
