Today, Agiliway operates from five global locations: Austin (Texas, USA), Kraków (Poland), and Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ivano-Frankivsk. Our commitment to innovation extends beyond client services to our own product development – CiviMobile, a mobile application for CiviCRM. As Agiliway is an exclusive CiviCRM partner in Ukraine and Poland, growing our product is the goal we are successfully working towards.
We constantly update CiviMobile with features including contact management, predictive analytics, and automated workflow optimization. The application now serves over 1,000 organizations across 40 countries, with a 95% user satisfaction rate.
Our hosting platform, Civi24Host, has also been upgraded with cutting-edge technologies, including containerized deployments, auto-scaling infrastructure, etc. Civi24Host provides a smart, budget-friendly option for organizations that want to leverage CiviCRM without the overhead of building out their own infrastructure or hiring in-house developers.

Since starting the BPO department under the VAfromEurope brand, we’ve steadily grown into a service that helps businesses rethink how they handle everyday operations. By combining automation, AI tools, and smart analytics, we help companies work more efficiently and with fewer headaches.
Our clients range from startups juggling multiple roles and needing to offload time-consuming tasks, to larger corporate teams building long-term support units for their business processes. No matter the size or industry, we step in to help where it counts.
The BPO team handles routine but essential work, including administrative support, data entry, SEO, SMM, back-office tasks, etc., so our clients can focus on growth, strategic tasks, and innovation. It’s about giving businesses the breathing room to focus on what moves them forward.
We Support Ukraine and Its Defense Forces
We stay true to our values in every achievement. Since the very beginning, the Agiliway team has been committed to doing everything in our power to support our country and the Army. Thanks to donations from the company and its employees, the Agiliway Fund has raised over UAH 60 million for Ukraine’s defense forces. These funds allowed us to meet both individual requests from the military and implement large-scale and unique projects. These include dental buses equipped with dental care facilities, surveillance, Electronic Warfare systems, purchasing cars (and repairs), wheels, drones, charging stations, Starlinks and their support, and more.
We Support Education and Invest in The Future
Our partnership with educational institutions has evolved into a comprehensive innovation program. We have deepened cooperation with the National University “Lviv Polytechnic”, implementing 2 educational student spaces, 4 laboratories, and 2 modern lecture halls.
