  • Leveraged internal expertise to navigate the complex architecture as the existing platform used a mix of technologies, including MongoDB databases, NodeJS, and Angular.
  • The initial focus prioritized system stability through unit testing, SSO implementation, CI/CD pipeline setup, performance optimization, and optimized hosting on Heroku with MongoDB storage.
  • Developed new features and enhancements such as unbiased resume review, prioritized skills with automatic scoring, structured interviewing prompts, job description analysis, and GDPR compliance with data removal options.
  • Polished existing features to enable interview continuation after interruptions, error identification during platform synchronization, and candidate disposition marking by admins and job owners.
  • Implemented role-based access control for different modules (uploading, interviewing, etc.).
  • Developed a report tab with automatic report generation and email delivery for features like jobs created, interviews conducted, etc.
  • Created a company content tab for adding custom skills, questions, etc., with bias checks by the platform.
  • Introduced new user roles – HR Admin and SysAdmin – with specific access levels as were available just basic user roles.
  • Enabled export/import of company content (skills, questions) for pre-population before interviews.
  • Integrated a third-party API for automated resume scoring based on content.
